My upcoming new series, Final Empire, will address this question. The series takes an in-depth look at the United States in prophecy. Why was the United States started? Is the popular notion true that Columbus left Spain to try to prove the world was round—or did he, as a student of prophecy, think of his mission as hastening the coming of Christ?
